By creating an account or using ReProfiled ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms occasionally — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
ReProfiled is an AI-powered tool that rewrites and optimizes resumes and LinkedIn profiles. The output is generated by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic) and is intended as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before using it in actual job applications.
ReProfiled does not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific career outcome. Resume optimization is one factor among many in a job search. We provide tools, not outcomes.
Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per optimization. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds for credits already used. If you experience a technical error that incorrectly deducts a credit without producing a result, contact us within 7 days and we will restore the credit.
Payments may be processed by either PayU or Razorpay based on platform availability and technical routing. We do not store your full payment card details.
You retain ownership of any resume or profile content you paste into ReProfiled. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content through our AI pipeline solely for the purpose of generating your optimization results. We do not use your resume content to train AI models.
You agree not to use ReProfiled to generate false or misleading career information, to attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, to resell optimizations without permission, or to violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
ReProfiled is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
